At theJoyDoll, we specialize in creating high-quality, customized dolls tailored to your preferences. Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, we have established specific policies regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read the following carefully to ensure a smooth experience. 

Cancellation Policy

Once your order is submitted, please double-check all details, as production typically begins within 8 hours. Since each doll is custom-made according to your specifications, we do not accept cancellations or changes of mind once production has started. It is crucial to verify all details before placing your order. 

If you wish to modify your order, contact us immediately before production begins. Some changes may be possible free of charge, but once production starts, modifications cannot be guaranteed. 

Return and Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes customers may have second thoughts after purchasing. However, there is no legal obligation for us to accept returns if you have simply changed your mind. 

In exceptional cases, we may accept returns of unopened, unused, and undamaged dolls within 7 days of delivery. After this period, a 15%-20% restocking fee may apply. 

To be eligible for a refund, the dolls must meet one of the following conditions: 

l  Faulty or unsafe

l  Do not match the sample

l  Do not function as described 

If the dolls are deemed damaged or unsafe while in your possession, a repair charge may apply, or no refund will be issued if the dolls are unrepairable. 

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment account. 

Return Policy

Inspect Your Doll Upon Receipt

Please conduct a thorough inspection of your doll before use. If the product is damaged due to improper handling, you will not be eligible for a return or exchange. 

If you have any issues or dissatisfaction, please contact us within 24 hours with detailed information, including images or videos of the problem. 

Warranty

We offer reshipment, remake, or partial refunds for the following situations: 

l  Incorrect Dolls: If your doll differs significantly from the factory pictures or website, provide an unboxing video showing the entire doll, head, shipping label, and packaging. We will investigate and arrange a replacement. 

l  Damaged Dolls: If your doll arrives severely damaged, file a claim with the shipping carrier immediately. Depending on the severity of the damage, we will arrange a replacement or provide repair kits for minor damages. 

Important Notes

l  Do not return the package directly: Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns of adult products. If you have a valid reason for a return, ensure the product is in new condition. 

l  Return inspection: Our team will inspect the doll package upon return. If any policy violations are found, a refund may not be issued, and serious cases may be reported to credit agencies. 

l  Shipping address: The shipping address on the packaging is not applicable for returning custom orders or in-stock items. If you wish to return a package, please contact us for instructions.
