Consequently, we sincerely promise that we will refund the difference or offer you a full refund if you find the same product elsewhere selling for a lower price than us.

Only if the other vendor also sells genuine and certified dolls. You will not be eligible for a refund if you purchased faked or inferior dolls from black market. Please be careful about the dolls from eBay, AliExpress, Alibaba, DHGATE, etc.

The price match is invalid for great discounts or special offers such as Black Friday, Christmas Day, store anniversaries, special hour, closeout, limtied quantity offers .

We only have price match on final price at the same options (Brand, Color, Quantity, Option, etc.).

The price also must apply to a new, identical individual product, for the same make, model, size, and color and come with the same conditions of sale, delivery times, and service conditions we offer to our customers.(Please provide us with screenshots for verification.)

It is invalid for damaged, used, or refurbished dolls .
